High Priority Ads Terms

There are NO REFUNDS - EVER - For the Loss of your account due to ANY of the following:

1.  NO Autoresponders  -- IMMEDIATE removal--

2.  NO Harassment or Foul language to anyone via this Safelist.

3.  NO Adult Oriented Messages or XXX Sites/Content.

4.  NO Porno, Adult, Gambling, Illegal Or Warez Sites.

5.  NO Hate, Racial, Drug-Related, Terrorist, Or Other Illegal Content.

6.  You Agree to Receive ads from members to your list (subscribe) e-mail in exchange for the right to send ads.

7.  You Agree To Receive Messages / Solo Ads from Admin of High PriorityvAds at your Contact email address

8.  You May Have ONLY 1 account. -- IMMEDIATE removal of EXTRA memberships --

9. These (or similar) Subject Lines are NOT allowed and may result in the loss of your membership.
         
         * RE: or re:
         * Fwd:
         * PayPal has cancelled your account
         * URGENT
         * Your account has been cancelled / deactivated / terminated
         * From admin
         * Notification of payment received
         * I read your ad / I saw your ad 
         * You have received....
         * You have won....

10. Do NOT Post the same subject more than once per day. Use a DIFFERENT subject for regular mailer and credit mailer.

11. Do NOT email Ads to Admin or Support!

12. If you are found to be Harvesting Member emails You will be Deleted and Banned!
